Getting ready to meet our boy

It looks like Kristen's labor is getting started. Kristen has had contractions all day about 10 minutes apart, but within the last 30 minutes, things have gotten a lot more intense. We'd been told that mom would definitely know when things have changed from practice / braxton hicks contractions to labor. Kristen definitely experienced this. Right now, Kristen is relaxing, going inward as much as possible during each contraction while I make final preparations to go to the hospital and do everything I can to support her. It might be a while before we go, but we're probably headed there this evening.
