Purpose of this blog

I've been thinking about why I started this blog and what purpose it serves. I've been hesitating to write about certain things because of the public nature of this blog, but I started this blog mainly share what is going on in our lives, from the boring to the exciting. With all that is going on in our lives, and all the people that it is hard to remember who I've told what and when. With those two things in mind, I'm going to open up a little more on the blog.
