This morning, after a successful workout at the Y, we headed out to Concord where small celebration was going on for the 300th birthday of
Colonel James Barrett, the leader of the militia at the
Old North Bridge. We were a little late for the whole show, but we caught the Fifes and Drums playing as well as 5 reenactors firing their muskets.

After the Old North Bridge, we headed out to
Great Brook Farm State Park for a picnic, ice cream and to look at the animals. Davis loves the goats, sheep and chickens. He could have spent a lot of time watching the animals. He really enjoyed having the goats eat out of his hand.

| The sheep was a lot calmer than the goats, so she has a hole in her fence. |
